I am a co-owner and creator. My sister and I started our business to solve a skin allergy issue for my nephew. Over the past 10 years, our business has focused on holistic health, both topically and overall wellness.
My career started in corporate and it wasn’t until I took a step back to focus on being a mom that I realized how important well-being is to living a healthy life.
I decided to enroll in Invitechange and there I received my professional life coach certification. I went on to obtain my ACC through the international coach federation.

Over the course of my career, I have coached both corporate (earning my DDI trainer certification) and private.
My love for living a healthy lifestyle led me to get my nutrition and wellness coaching certification from AFPA. I am a certified reiki level I and chakra healer and currently, a student of yoga renew.
